In all seriousness, I wonder if this is some sort of stimulation technique right before the fight. Jackson is definitely an innovator. (Note: I tweaked my nipples before posting this comment...I hope it shows with the quality of the post...)

Wow Pramit your post did come off looking rather intense this time around. I guess we will have to watch and see if all of the other fighters from his camp do the same thing before they fight. By the way how does a conversation like that get brought up? Hey Rashad, Georges I have an idea if you wet your fingers and then tweak your nipples you will fight a stronger more intelligent fight!!!

Yeah, it has to be a Jackson thing. As Pramit stated, Jackson is definitely an innovator. I remember hearing him describe how he tells his fighters when they're in the shower to look at the shower head with their eyes open so that they see the water rushing at their face when the natural instinct would be to close your eyes. He stated this is supposed to help with not closing your eyes, instictually, when you see punches coming at you, so you can better defend yourself.

Makes sense to me.

However, while one would do the shower thing at home, the public pinching of nipples does raise the humor factor. Pramit, your post did come off as intense, but I wonder if it would've been more intense had you done the pinching publicly. Somebody is going to have to ask Jackson whether it is just the pinching, or the public factor as well.

Seriously though, with GSP being champ and Sugar being undefeated I think we will see a lot more fighters tweaking before their fights, don't you think? It will be like the gel'n insole commercials. "You tweak'n? Oh, I'm tweak'n and you know King is always tweak'n."
