Royce Gracie to fight in Japan on NYE?
The legendary Gracie is in Japan now and is expected to be in attendance at DREAM 6 later this month where there is a possibility the company could be announcing Gracie's return to action.
The last time we saw Gracie was on that ill-fated K-1 show that took place in the LA Coliseum, that turned out to be an unmitigated disaster but did feature the debut of one Brock Lesnar. Gracie defeated longtime family nemesis Kazushi Sakuraba, although it was determined later on that Gracie failed a steroid test.
The last time UFC fans saw Gracie was when he took on Matt Hughes in May of 2006 at UFC 60. Gracie was defeated in the first round in what was his first fight with the organization since 1995.
No opponent for Gracie has been mentioned as of this posting.
