to we went to a lil mma training it was kick ass so im gonna start training i hope..

What discipline? BJJ, Kickboxing, wrestling, or all of the above?

a little of everything. I am going to post a blog about the trip today, but those guys were "kid friendly" and knew some stuff for sure.

Be wary of the grappling addiction... quite possibly more addictive than cigarrettes or narcotics...
