Diaz vs Corbbrey Announced for June 14th EliteXC

It's official. Nick Diaz will be back in action on June 14th, facing the dangerous Muhsin Corbbrey at the EliteXC event going down in Hawaii.

Corbbrey is on a three-fight winning streak, including two televised victories on ShoXC. The fight with Diaz will be Mushin's biggest test to-date and presents a very interesting fight.

Diaz vs. Corbbrey is the third bout to be announced for the June 14th card. The other two mega-bouts are: KJ Noons defending his belt against Yves Edwards, and Jake Shields vs Drew Fickett to crown EliteXC's first welterweight champion.

You know, MMAJunkie.com is also reporting this but I haven't received a press release or seen anything on ProElite.com or EliteXC.com so I've held off on posting this here. It is in the Rumors section though. If someone can find something official, please post the link here or PM me the link.

yeah, I had high hopes for that site when it first came out. i think it suffers from the same problem as madness -- way too much going on! I only go there for their live event streams which are pretty sweet (and often free!) and I guess from now on I'll check my messages too!

i always check the remember me box. and i usually have the same password for everything. last time i was on proelite was to watch the phil baroni fight with that hose guy...waaaay too much. confusing set up they got too. i don't know where anything is.
