Jackson says that he has “lost a lot of respect” for Griffin in the wake of the fight, largely because the new champion has not been talking of a rematch despite winning the belt in controversial fashion.
“After the fight, I said ‘I’ve got to give you a lot of respect, because you hurt my leg and you had a good game plan’,” he explains.
“But now, I don’t respect him as a man. Because if it was me, I would have said, ‘I have to give him a rematch right away, to remove all doubt"
The rest of the article is full of great stuff too, like Jackson saying he was being sarcastic when he told Rogan in the post fight interview "Forrest whupped my ass."
I have to say I find this a little odd because I don't remember Rampage pushing for a rematch against Dan Henderson, which was a much closer fight in my opinion.
Is he crazy? Wait a minute yes he is. Where in the hell does he get off questioning someone's manhood after the shit that he has pulled? I hate what happened to him because as scary as it was it could happen to any of us, but don't come out barking about a rematch when you should be concentrating on your legal issues and Forrest has said on plenty of occasions that he thought Rampage deserved a rematch.
