I'm pretty happy with my team. Eric took a couple guys I wanted on the turn, Karo and Joe Daddy, but on the whole I think the Chain Gang will be pretty competitive.

Dong Hyun Kim ----should have his way if he keeps his head

Ryo Chonan------is big for his div and and is pretty good at defending against subs, + he has a win against Roan.....It should be a good fight but I hope he can win it

Martin Kampmann ----Damnit the last thing I thought when I picked him is that he would be facing the badass Nate Marquardt. This could turn ito the fight of the year! If he can catch him with a couple hard ones before he has to pull guard I think he can pull off a sub.

Matt Hamill-----No one in MMA has more heart than this man and if I had it to do over he would be my first pick, because when I think about it that is what I am always preaching to my kids you can't teach HEART. I think he will take Franklin down and G-N-P him till the ref has pitty on him

EERS - I'm sad to say that I heard Cain will have the opportunity to pound on my heavyweight, Antoni Hardonk, at UFC 90 in October.

Fellas - who would you say won each division? By that, I mean, who got the best two fighters in each division, and who took the three best wild cards?

These are only my opinion, so please don't take offense...

Heavyweight - The Captain, followed closely by Cincy

Light Heavyweight - Cincy, but The Captain has a chance to jump in there if Rampage is right. King and EERS are right there, too.

Middleweight - I think SIxtus, erict and I can go 1, 2, 3 in any order...

Welterweight - I'd go phoenix 1, erict 2.

Lightweight - King, followed by erict, myself,The Captain and EERS. I'd have said Sixtus before the last event...

Wild Cards - Could be any, but my three favorites are The Captain, erict, and Cincy. If Randy comes back, King moves way up the boards.

Anyone else have comments or opinions? We've got two long weeks until our next card, and I don't want the draft to fall by the wayside...

heh... I really liked my LW chances before last event too. I cant tell you how shocked I was that Manny got KOd by f-n Emmerson. Huerta I figured was 50/50 but would have been in line for a title had he pulled it out.

Anyway, I think that King is sittin fantastic with his HWs. Wain is unknown atm, but he is a hard hitter and even more importantly he is British - White will probably feed him a fight or two to build him up. And Werdum has the skills to win the HW title and should rightfully next in line for a shot at it.

And TBC with Anderson... well the dude fights often and wins every time. He wont lose for a long time... rackin up tons of Fantasy points along the way.

Here are my thoughts:
HW: I agree with you, but if Mir can take out Big Nog, Cincy obviously takes over. Sixtus, Wain is getting to fight in Englandbut he's starting out with Shane Carwin at UFC 89. If he can win that, I'd move King up the ranks as well.
LHW: I agree with you as well but King might lose Reljic if he stays at MW so he's good for this scoring period but the long term he'll have to find someone. No Wildcard LHW's either. Let's hope Rampage comes back strong. UFC 88 will say a lot about where EERS LHW rank. If he can get 2 wins he's the top dog IMO.
MW: I agree again. I think as of right now you have by far the best guy but also the worst guy. I'd put you and Sixtus tied with erict in a close third.
WW: Agree, and I'd throw in two darkhorses of King and Cincy. Both have solid fighters and there #2 are up and comers with finishing skills to score extra points in McLovin and Rumble Johnson.
LW: Agreed on King, the deepest division in the UFC causes the most parity here. If KenFlo vs. Joe Daddy happens that could show who is better between myself and erict.
Wildcards: Agreed again. If erict took someone other than Pete Sell with the last pick I'd probably have him higher. I'd rather see his teacher Serra than Sell.

Needless to say now that I review what I wrote, I think you hit the nail on the head. Seems like based on our reviews Cincy, Erict and Myself would be the favorites, but obviously anything can happen.

I think King has a crystal ball up his arse...great pick up of Randy. I have Lesnar and Mir both going for titles so hopefully both win. I gots my fingers crossed!!!!

erict with the big night, EERS could've had an enormous night had Kampmann or Hammill managed to win or Kim and Chonan were more decisive.

I'm a little upset that Brown didn't get the decision but he looks pretty solid and that could be a decent pick for me down the stretch.

I think he should take his time and make sure he heals right, he is a great prospect and should not be rushed. His spot will still be here, I guess we will have to wait until 2010 for Velasquez-Lesnar.
