Thanks Phoenix. The thing with the BJ one was it got cut 2 min. short! I was so pissed! The battery on my wireless mic went out. But I'll paraphrase what he said. He said he still thinks about taking the ww, mw, lhw, and hw belt. But he is focused on cleaning out the 155 div. He also said he and Georges are def. fighting again, he said, "Let's make it a trilogy". He thanked the fans for their support b/c without them there is no BJ Penn, and he said make sure to go to BJPENN.COM Of course. They were all real nice dudes, didn't know how I would like Sherk, but he is one of the most standup dudes I've met thus far. He was grubbin on Gerbers baby food, like a carrot goo....it looked nasty. I told him it's nice he gets to be a champion and everything, but at least I get to eat Panda Express. He goes, "What's Panda Express"......Really!? So him and I had a nice convo about that and how he should get Gerbers to sponsor him and we could go from the Muscle Shark to the Baby Shark. Cool dude. Very impressed with him. Still cheering for BJ though Oh yeah, got the greatest pic w/ Wandy ever. I helped him read the scales when he was weighing in. He was at 168 I believe.....don't quote me on it, but I think that was it. He will make weight. Dude has it down to a science.

Oh man. I wish I could have been there to see that. Im pretty sure that's a site record. My initial inclination was google news but I checked the site traffic details and it turns out someone at one of the Sherdog forums found the Duke Roufus story and must have posted it. They sent a lot of users to the site...
